Part 1: Taking the Mystery out of Healthcare Meetings

The morning session will dispel the mystery around selling, planning, and managing healthcare meetings. This interactive session will provide specific information to increase your understanding of the issues and concerns regarding the various international codes and regulations, definitions of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), product lifecycles and related meeting types, as well as the unique requirements for the successful selling, planning and operation of regulated healthcare meetings. Included in this session is a lively panel discussion exploring current case studies in selling and managing Healthcare meetings.

Friday, 16 November | 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Part 2: Clarifying the Confusion when Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) are in Attendance

The afternoon session will help to clarify the confusion when HealthCare Professionals (HCPs) are attending your meetings in the U.S. or other countries.  We will examine HCP meetings through the lens of the compliance officer. For example, the following questions will be explored and answered through a variety of participatory activities: what are considered compliant venues, what is the expected language and imagery for regulated meetings, where do you send the invitation, what are the consequences of non-compliance and the importance of demonstrating understanding of this complex sector.

Note: You can attend one or both of the Medical (healthcare) Meetings PreConference Events.  The content is different for each.
