Every day we hear about fake news. This session will be anything but fake. The reason: you will drive the content. During this highly interactive programme, you will examine, deliberate and discuss meetings industry issues such as transportation, safety and security, taxes, infrastructure and education. Then as a group, we will prioritize the key issues. This programme will increase your awareness of the diverse issues in the industry and how they can affect your meetings and events.  The objective is to make one aware of the key issues and successful strategies that enable you to influence policy makers and garner support for projects beneficial to your organisation, your industry and your profession. You will leave with the tools needed to communicate with a stronger voice advocating the issues of meetings and the meetings industry.
