Wondering what the next hot food and beverage trend is?

The City of Birmingham is home to the “2018 Outstanding Restaurant” and the “Outstanding Pastry Chef,” as awarded by the James Beard Foundation.  The city was listed by USA Today as one of the most “underrated food cities.”  Zagat also voted Birmingham the number one “up and coming” food cities in 2016.  The culinary scene is so enticing, Food and Wine Magazine relocated there.  And the beverage scene?  Birmingham has you covered with craft breweries, distilleries and wineries.

The panel, comprised of Birmingham experts, is eager to share their perspectives.
